Return Policy
E-Stores e-commerce allows returns of purchased products within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. Returns are also accepted within 30 days for manufacturing defects or product damage.
The return period is between two and six days, depending on the customer's address and location. The product will then be inspected by the seller or the eStores warehouse, and the refund will be processed within a maximum of one week. The expected time between the return request, product inspection, and refund may be up to ten business days.
Payments can be made via electronic wallets (Vodafone Cash/Etisalat Cash/Orange Cash/Bank wallets).
Exchange Policy
You can request a product exchange within 14 days if the product is in its original condition, or if the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase.
